For more even cooking, the food should be turned when half cooked.
During cooking, condensation may form inside the oven. To reduce its

formation, it is recommended to use the combined function

and to set

the oven thermostat to 110-120°C.
At the end of the cooking do not leave food that is still hot insided the
closed oven: instead, leave the door ajar to let out any steam that could
ruin the cooking.
