It is also possible to manually add comments and
other personal information to the PC based dive data
fi les. The SUUNTO PC-Interface package comes
complete with the interface unit, the software on
CD-ROM, and an instruction manual.
To enter the Data Transfer Mode:
1. In the Memory Mode [MEM], press S three (3)
times to select the Data Transfer Mode The TR-PC
text appears at the bottom of the display to indicate
the selected mode (Fig. 5.11.).
2. Wait two seconds until the Data Transfer Mode
activates automatically.
NOTE: While in the Data Transfer Mode, the water
contact is used only for the data transfer, and when
connecting the contact by submerging it, the Dive
Mode IS NOT automatically activated. Data transfer
stops also the stopwatch.
After you have fi nished the data transfer, Press
the M to exit Data Transfer Mode [TR-PC] and
enter the Memory Mode [MEM]. If no button
is operated or no data is transferred within
5 minutes, the D3 beeps and returns to the time-
keeping display automatically.
