Speaker Volume
1 Press On Hook Dial. You’ll hear dial tone.
2 Press or repeatedly until you find the desired
loudness. You can select the level from 0 to 7. The LCD
display shows the current volume level.
The setting will be stored automatically.
3 Press Stop/Clear to return to Standby mode.
Using Save Mode
Toner Save
Toner Save feature allows the printer to use less toner on each
page. Activating this mode will extend the life of the toner
cartridges longer than normal mode, but will reduce the print
quality.
To turn the Toner Save mode on, take the following steps:
1 Press SAVE Toner. The display shows the current setting
on the bottom line.
2 Press SAVE Toner or use the navigation buttons to change
the setting.
To enable the Toner Save mode on, select “ON.” T he button
backlight is on. To disable the mode, select “OFF.” T he
button backlight is off.
3 Press Enter to save the selection.
