Returning Equipment to Factory
Before returning any mass flow meter to the factory, you must com-
plete a Sierra Calibration/Repair Data Sheet. You may download the
data sheet to your computer by visiting the Sierra website at
www.sierrainstruments.com. Or, contact Customer Service at:
