Adjusting the sound

To add a sound effect

* The volume switches to power mode and the

equalizer curve changes.

You can enhance the sound quality by
using the MP3 BOOSTER+ function.

Press OPTIONS.

Turn JOG DIAL to select “MP3
BOOSTER+”, then press ENTER.

Turn JOG DIAL to select “AUTO”,
then press ENTER.
To exit the OPTIONS menu, press
OPTIONS.

Note

When an audio file is played back, the MP3
BOOSTER+ function is automatically activated
if you have set “MP3 BOOSTER+” to
“AUTO”. “BOOSTER” lights up in the display.

You can adjust the subwoofer level to
output the low frequency sound.

Press OPTIONS.

Turn JOG DIAL to select
“SUBWOOFER LEVEL”, then
press ENTER.

Turn JOG DIAL to select the
subwoofer level you want, then
press ENTER.
You can adjust the subwoofer level in
4 levels (0 dB, 4 dB, 7 dB, 10 dB).
To exit the OPTIONS menu, press
OPTIONS.
