Setting Closed Captioning
Your Digital Satellite Receiver can display the closed captioning or text
of programs.
1 Highlight and select “Closed Caption” from the Audio
display (see page 80).
The Closed Caption pop-up appears.
2 Highlight and select the closed captioning or text option
you want to view.
If the closed captioning or text option that you selected is available
for the program you are viewing, you will see the closed
captioning or text.
Note
Program providers make closed
captioning and text features available
for many, but not all, programs.
z Tip
You may choose to use your TV’s
closed caption feature instead of your
Digital Satellite Receiver closed caption
feature.
