Viewing an External Signal Source
Selecting the Signal Source
Use the remote control to switch between viewing signals from connected equipment, such as
VCRs, DVD, Set-Top box and the TV source (broadcast or cable).

Assigning Names to External Input Mode
1 Press the MENU button.
Press the ENTER button to
select “Input”.
2 Press the … or † button to
to select “Edit Name”, then
press the ENTER button.
3 Press the ENTER button to
select “Video1”.
Press the … or † button to
select external device:
VCR, DVD, Cable STB, HD
STB, Satellite STB, AV
Receiver, DVD Receiver,
Game, Camcorder, Combo
or PC.
Set other signal sources using the
same method as listed above.
Press the EXIT button to exit the
menu.

1 Make sure that the remote control is
controlling the TV set. Press the
MODE button and make sure that
the “TV” LED is illuminated.
2 Press the MENU button.
Press the ENTER button to
select “Input”.
3 Press the ENTER button to
select “Source List”.
4 Press the … or † button to
select a particular signal
source, then press the
ENTER button to activate it.
Press the EXIT button to exit
the menu.
When you connect equipment to the TV, you can choose
between the following sets of jacks: Video1, Video2, S-Video1,
S-Video2, Component1, Component2, Component3, DVI or PC
on the TV’s rear panel, and Video3 or S-Video3 on the TV’s side
panel.
