Using a number from the directory

In some operating situations you can open

the directory to copy a number, for exam-

ple. Your handset must be in the idle sta-

tus.

Open the directory.

q

Select entry.

Press the display key.

Select function with

q.

Last number redial list

The last number redial list contains the ten

numbers last dialled with the handset

(max. 32 numbers). If one of the numbers

is in the directory, the corresponding

name will be displayed.

Manual last number redial

Press the key briefly.

Select entry.

c

Press the talk key again. The

number is dialled.

Opening lists with the
message key

An advisory tone sounds as soon as a

new message arrives in a list. The

f key

flashes (it goes off when the key is

pressed). In idle status, the display shows

an icon for the new message.
If you press the message key

f, you

access the lists that contain new mes-

sages.

Reduced energy consumption

Your telephone has an energy-saving

adapter plug and uses less energy.

Reduced transmission power

(depending on the base station)

The transmission power can only be

reduced if your base station supports

this function.
The transmission power of your telephone

is reduced automatically:

The handset's transmission power is

reduced depending on the distance to

the base station.

u

The transmission power at the base sta-

tion is reduced to virtually zero when

only one handset is registered and is

standing in the base station.

You can reduce the transmission power of

the handset and base station even further

by using Eco Mode or Eco Mode+. For

further information, please see your pho-

ne's user guide.
