Hardware problems (PC, modem, ISDN TA.):
The modem parameter request
function is not working or is not
correct.
For example, under Win 95 with
<Start><Settings><Control

Windows is not respecting the
AT Hayes conditions.

the modem’s driver software.

Data transmission with
Xmodem is very slow.
Xmodem is operating in half-du-
plex mode. After every data
package, the transmitting page
waits for acknowledgement.
The 20-30 ms signal delay per
data block on the DECT inter-
face significantly reduces the
transmission speed.
Use another transmission proto-
col, e.g. Zmodem.
Laplink 7.0 is not working.
Data transmission is switched
during transmission. AT Hayes
commands are not used for
this.

The ELSA TanGo 2000 terminal
adapter cannot be used under
