Direct Power On
Activating this function allows the user to skip
standby mode to power on the projector
immediately. Direct Power On is ideal for
large-scale facilities such as museums,
auditoriums, and conference halls, with images
ready for projection as soon as the circuit-breaker
on the switchboard is turned on.
OFF & Go
Once a presentation is complete, the projector
can be moved to the next location immediately by
simply turning the projector off and unplugging
the AC power cord. There is no need to wait for the
fan to turn off.
Picture Muting (Shutter Muting)
The projector can interrupt the projection of
images on a screen via a built-in mechanical
shutter that turns the screen completely dark. This
function can be easily operated with just the touch
of a button on the supplied Remote Commander
unit.
Picture Muting (Image Muting)
The projector can temporarily disable the output of
video signals. This function can be easily operated
with just the touch of a button on the supplied
Remote Commander unit.
Audio Muting
The projector can temporarily disable the output of
audio signals. This function can be easily
operated with just the touch of a button on the
supplied Remote Commander unit.
Image Freeze
The Image Freeze function can display a freeze-
frame to allow the presenter to prepare or switch to
the next image.
Digital Zoom (4x)
With the four-times Digital Zoom function, one
section of a presentation can be enlarged for a
closer look or to convey a message more clearly.
Audio Output
The projector can be connected to external
speakers with its audio output connectors.
Monitor Output for Presenters
Projected images can be monitored by
connecting a PC monitor to the projectors’ monitor
output and placing it in the presenter's field of
view. This allows the presenter to continually face
the audience during the presentation for a fluid
and professional delivery.
Built-in Speaker
The projector incorporates built-in speakers.
RS-232C
The projector is equipped with an RS-C
interface for external control.
Control S
The projector is equipped with a Control S
interface for external control.
Option Slots
The projector is equipped with option slots to install
optional adaptors for interface flexibility.
Remote Commander Unit
The supplied Remote Commander unit for the
projector is useful for both setting up the projector
during installation and changing settings for a
presentation.
Quiet Operation by the Intelligent
Cooling Fan System
The projector adopts an intelligent cooling system
that automatically controls multiple cooling fans
incorporated in the unit. This system automatically
adjusts the rotating speed of the fans according to
the heat generated inside the unit, which varies
depending on the brightness level of the lamps. In
addition, when single-lamp mode is selected, this
system automatically stops operation of the fans
for the unused lamp. Consequently, this intelligent
cooling system achieves a significantly low noise
level at full brightness, and lowers noise levels even
further when lower brightness modes are selected.
Front Exhaust System
An exhaust vent is situated at the front of the
projector.
