SETTING THE WATCH FUNCTIONS

SETTING HEART RATE TARGET ZONES (continued)
The Sportline Duo 1060 automatically calculates your Maximum Heart Rate from
your User Profile and uses this information to display Heart Rate Zones.

NOTE

: This information must be programmed prior to selecting Target Zone. See page 12.

1.

In Heart Rate mode,

PRESS & HOLD

key until SETTING appears in the

upper line of the display to enter the Programming Sequence.

NOTE

: The watch will automatically scroll through Distance, Fitness, History and Setting.

Select Target Zone (Active, FatBurn, Enduranc or MyZone=User Defined) by
