Volume control
Press the VOLUME+ button to increase the volume and
the VOLUME- button to decrease the volume.

Bass control
z
Complete the operation within 25 seconds whilst
selecting the menus.
z
If you press the CLEAR button during the operation,
the previous display appears.
z
To cancel the operation, move the M button toward .
Notes:
z
Reduce the volume before starting to play. MiniDiscs,
compared to ordinary cassette tapes, have very little
noise. If the volume is adjusted according to your
usual expectations of noise, high volume may damage
your hearing.
z
The sound escaping from your earphones may annoy
people around you. In particularly crowded places
(such as on trains or buses), reduce the volume.
