Front View
The following items can be found on the front of your device as
illustrated.
1. Light Sensor: Used to control screen brightness
automatically and when taking photos with the
Front-facing Camera.
2. Front-facing Camera Lens: Used when taking photos of
yourself or using video chat.
3. Display Screen: The orientation of the display screen
rotates with the tablet as you turn it. You can turn this
feature on and off. For more information, refer to
“Auto-Rotate Screen” on page 127.
Top and Bottom Views
The following items can be found on the top and bottom of your
device.
1. Power/Lock Key: Press
and hold to turn the
device on or off. Press
to lock the device or to
wake the screen for
unlocking.
2. Volume Key: From any
Home screen, press to
adjust Master Volume.
During music playback,
press to adjust volume.
3. 3.5mm Headset Jack:
Plug in for headphones.
4. Microphone: Used to pick up your voice or audio during
recording.
5. SIM Card Port: Insert your SIM card here.
