Your RadioShack SP-815 900 MHz Digital Cordless Telephone offers the latest advances in cordless phone
technology. Its cordless operation lets you handle calls just about anywhere in your home or office. It comes
complete with a spare battery charger that lets you keep a spare, fully charged battery on hand and ready for
use in case the handset’s battery runs low.
Its other features include:
900 MHz Digital Transmission — operates in the 900 MHz band, for a clearer signal that penetrates walls
and other physical barriers better than conventional cordless telephones, with full digital transmission between
the base and handset to eliminate static and interference.
40 Channels — automatically selects a clear channel when you make or answer a call. You can also manually
change channels during a call.
20-Number Memory Dialing — lets you store 20 numbers in memory for easy dialing.
Volume Control — so you can adjust the volume you hear through the handset.
Redial — lets you quickly redial the last number dialed.
Touch-Tone/Pulse Dialing — lets you use your phone with tone or pulse service.
Power Outage Protection — automatically switches to battery back-up during a power outage, so you can
continue using the phone.
Quick Charge — charges the handset battery in as little as 4 hours.
Memory Guard — protects the numbers you store in memory from loss when you charge the handset battery
or even in the event of a power failure.
Security Access-Protection Code — changes each time you unplug the phone from AC power, to help pre-
vent other cordless phone users from using your phone line while the handset is off the base.
Paging/Handset Locator System — lets you send a signal from the base to the handset to page someone or
locate the handset when it is away from the base.
Hold — lets you put a call on hold, so you can answer another call or page someone.
Flash — sends an electronic switchhook signal for use with special phone services such as Call Waiting.
