2 Press MODE to switch the band to AM (or FM).
The Tuner mode Menu appears.

Press the “AM” (or “FM”) SELECT, then press
BACK.
The display returns to the current frequency.
4 Press any SELECT.
The display changes to the current frequency.
5 Press DOWN/UP on the remote to adjust the
frequency.
DOWN/UP Changes the current frequency to
a frequency 1 step lower or higher.
(Manual tuning)
DOWN/UP Scans a particular station toward a
(press and hold) lower or higher frequency. Scanning
stops automatically when the station
is tuned in. (Automatic tuning)
When you know the frequency of the station
Press the numeric buttons on the remote to enter the
frequency (Direct tuning).
Example: FM 105.70 MHz

Tip
You can tune in the station in 100 kHz steps for the FM band and
10 kHz steps for the AM band.
Notes
• When you press the “8” or “9” numeric button, the number
appears in the second entry position.
• When you enter invalid numbers, the direct tuning is cancelled
and the screen returns to the current station display.
• Tuning interval for direct tuning is:
FM: 78.50 MHz to 108.00 MHz
AM: 530 MHz to 1710 MHz
