Changing an entry

Open the directory.
Language Open the voice directory.

Select the user.

Select the required entry.
Show Press.
Change Press.
Step 1:
Change the telephone number and name
o Enter the telephone number.
D o Scroll to the name field and enter the name.
For information on entering letters and characters, see
page 27.
Step 2:
Change the voice pattern
D Change Scroll to the voice field and initiate voice recording.
Start Start voice recording and say the name.
Start Repeat the name.
Save Store the changed entry.
If the same telephone number exists already and you
answer the check prompt with:
YES the changed entry is stored
or NO the changes are discarded.
Displaying an entry
D
Open the directory.
Language Open the voice directory.
D E [
Select the user.
D
Select the required entry.
Show Display the entry.
You can use the Change function to change the name
and the number of the entry.
