Symptoms
The ink ribbon cartridge
cannot be inserted.
The video monitor screen
is too bright and the
contrast in the light
area is weakened.
The video monitor
screen is dark.
Possible causes and remedies
An ink ribbon cartridge that can not be used with this printer is used.
t Insert the appropriate ink ribbon cartridge. (page 9)
The 75-ohm termination switch is set to the wrong position.
t Set 75-ohm termination swtich to the correct position. (page 74)
