Random play

You can play all the tracks/fi les in random order.

During playing, pause or stop mode, press

RANDOM button to enable random play mode.

The icon “RDM” appears on the display.

To exit random mode, press RANDOM button

again.

The icon “RDM” disappears from the display.

Repeat play

You can play the current track/fi le/album or the
whole disc/USB device repeatedly.

Press REPEAT button in play or pause mode.

Every time the button is pressed, the repeat play
changes in the following order:

For CD :

Repeat mode

Icon

Repeat a single track

“REP.”

Repeat all the tracks *

Repeat off

For audio fi le :

Repeat mode

All tracks/files are repeated continuously.

This function cannot be used in program mode.

Intro scan (For CD only)

This function let you listen to the fi rst 10 seconds of
each track throughout the CD.

Press INTRO button to start scanning.

The icon “INTRO” appears on the display.

To stop the intro scan

Press INTRO button again.

The unit enters normal play mode and starts
playing from where you stop the scanning.

Recording on a USB device (For CD
only)

Records songs in the CD to the USB device in MP3
format.

Insert a USB device to the USB connector on the

front panel.

To record all the tracks:

Stop playback.

To record a single track:
Play the track to be recorded.

Press USB O.T.E. [USB O.T.E.] button to begin

recording.

The icon “SYNC USB REC” appears on the display.

To end recording, press

7 [7 stop] button.

• During recording, it is not possible to listen to another source.
• The recorded music files and folders accommodating them

are numbered automatically. These number can later be
modified.

– Numbers assigned to folders: AL_A01…AL_A99…AL_Z99
– Numbers assigned to music files: A01_001.mp3, A01_002.

mp3…/ A99_001.mp3…/ Z99_001.mp3…
