that was just unwrapped.
2 Is the PC Drum scratched? YES Replace the Drum Cartridge.
3 Is there foreign matter in the media path? YES Remove the foreign matter.
4 Is the Image Transfer Roller dirty or
scratched? YES Replace the Image Transfer
Roller.
Replace the High Voltage Unit
(HV1).
Replace the Controller/Image
Control Board (PWB-I).
