2. Open the adapter-slot-latch securing the adapter and remove the failing
adapter.
3. Remove the new adapter from its static-protective package.
4. Install the new adapter into the appropriate slot on the system board and
secure the adapter with the adapter-slot-latch.
5. Go to “Closing the cover and connecting cables” on page 133.
