When

the

″Power

off

message

appears,

press

the

Power

button

again

to

switch

off

power.

Note:

This

operation

can

be

cancelled

by

pressing

a

button

other

than

the

Power

button.

Note:

Leave

the

power

cable

plugged

in

for

at

least

2-5

minutes,

or

until

the

Ready

LED

stops

flashing,

to

allow

the

projector

to

return

to

room

temperature

before

placing

the

projector

inside

the

soft

case.

Placing

the

projector

into

the

case

too

soon

after

switching

off

the

power

could

cause

the

projector

to

overheat.

Attention:

Before

moving

the

projector,

be

sure

to

power

down

the

projector

normally

and

disconnect

the

projector

from

the

main

power

source.

Positioning

the

projector

To

determine

where

to

position

the

projector,

consider

the

size

and

shape

of

your

screen,

the

location

of

your

power

outlets,

and

the

distance

between

the

projector

and

the

rest

of

your

equipment.

Following

are

some

general

guidelines:

Position

the

projector

on

a

flat

surface

at

a

right

angle

to

the

screen.

The

projector

must

be

at

least

1.5

m

(4.9

ft)

from

the

projection

screen.

v

Position

the

projector

within

2.7

m

(9

ft.)

of

your

power

source

and

within

1.8

m

(6

ft.)

of

your

video

device

(unless

you

purchase

extension

cables).

To

ensure

adequate

cable

access,

do

not

place

the

projector

within

.15

m

(6

in.)

of

a

wall

or

other

object.

Position

the

projector

the

desired

distance

from

the

screen.

The

distance

from

the

lens

of

the

projector

to

the

screen,

the

zoom

setting,

and

the

video

format

determines

the

size

of

the

projected

image.
