Accessing the On-Screen Menus

When playing discs, disc settings can be displayed and
changed.
Menu options will differ based on disc type and
contents.

Soundtrack numbers are displayed even when there is only one
audio type.

Turn the subtitle on/off.

Subtitle on/off information cannot be recorded using this unit.
If the subtitles overlap the closed captions recorded on discs, turn
the subtitles off.

Turn the subtitle on/off and select the language.

DivX:
Turn the subtitle on/off and select the subtitle number.

Subtitle numbers are displayed even if there are not multiple
subtitles.

Automatic: The recording method of the DivX contents is

automatically distinguished and output.

Interlace: Select when the disc contents were recorded using

interlace.

Progressive: Select when the disc contents were recorded using

progressive.
