To make certain that your touch screen is reading the movement of the
stylus accurately, click on the ‘Test’ button at the bottom of the screen
(Figure C.7).

Run your stylus up and down the ‘Test’ screen (Figure C.8) in a continuous
line, approximating the pattern in the sample test screen below. Do not lift
the stylus from the screen. If the continuous line you draw does not follow
the stylus, try adding additional calibration points to your calibration screen
(see Figure C.3 on page C-2), and then run the ‘Test’ screen again.
If there are gaps in the continuous line as in the sample below, your screen
may be damaged.
