10 Connecting the VCR
If your TV has a PERITEL connector
Note
• If the TV is connected to the LIGNE-1 (TV) connector, setting the RF channel to OFF is
recommended. In the OFF position, only the signal from the aerial is output through the
ANTENNE SORTIE connector (see page 15).
1 Disconnect the aerial cable from your
TV and connect it to ANTENNE
ENTREE on the rear panel of the
VCR.
2 Connect ANTTENNE SORTIE of the
VCR and the aerial input of your TV
using the supplied aerial cable.
3 Connect LIGNE-1 (TV) on the VCR
and the PERITEL connector on the
TV with the optional PERITEL cable.
This connection improves picture and
sound quality. Whenever you want to
watch the VCR picture, press t TV/
MAGN to display the MAGN
indicator in the display window.
4 Connect the mains lead to the mains.
