Press the four-way controller (2)
to play back a movie. Press (2)
again to pause the movie at the
point you want to save.
The following operations are available
during pause.
Four-way controller (4): Reverses the
movie frame by
frame.
Four-way controller (5): Advances the movie frame by frame.

Press the OK button.
The selected frame is saved as a still picture.

Select [Divide Movies] on the Movie Edit screen.

Press the OK button.
The screen for choosing the dividing position appears.

Press the four-way controller (2)

desired dividing position.
