OPERATION
Boarding the Watercraft
Practice boarding the watercraft in shallow water
before riding in deep water. Any passengers should
also practice boarding in the event they must reboard
in deep water.
Boarding and Starting in Deep Water
(Operator Only)
Make sure the watercraft engine is turned off when
boarding in deep water.
1. Swim to the rear of the watercraft. Grip the
boarding handle near the rear of the seat.
2. Pull yourself up onto the boarding platform.
3. Move up to the seat and straddle it.
4. Attach the lanyard lock plate to the engine stop
switch and see that the lanyard wrist band is secure
on your left wrist before starting the engine.
