• The phone temporarily switches on and the other alarm indicators take place.
• If you press Snooze, the phone automatically switches off for 5 minutes, then

the alarm rings again (maximum 5 times).

• If you press Stop, you are asked whether you wish to switch the phone on.

The alarm is deleted when you press Stop. If you wish to have an alarm for the next
day, you have to set the alarm again.

TO-DO LIST

Make a list of tasks, and set a deadline and priority for each.

Create a New To-do Task

From Organiser menu:
1. Open To-Do.
2. Press Options and select Add task.
3. Enter information in fields:

4. Press Done to save.

Edit and Mark To-do Tasks

From Organiser menu:
1. Open To-Do.
2. Scroll to the desired task.

• To edit, open task and edit information in fields as desired.

• To mark the task as completed or to restore task, press Options and select

Mark as done, or Mark as undone.

Caution: Do not press Yes to switch phone on when you are in an aircraft, near sensitive

medical equipment, at a refuelling point or when it may cause interference or danger.

Subject

Description of task or subject.

Due date

Assign a due date.

Priority

Open and select High, Normal or Low.

Note: In the list of tasks, ! icon means High priority task; - icon means Low priority task.

Note: A checkmark within a box means task is completed. A blank box means task is

unfinished.
