Revo

Your Revo requires a minimal amount of care and maintenance. If you do not feel confident in your ability to

perform the maintenance listed below, you may schedule inspection and maintenance with your authorized Pride

provider. The following areas require periodic inspection and/or care and maintenance.

TIRE CONDITION AND TREAD WEAR

n Regularly inspect your Revo’s tires for signs of wear.

n Use a rubber conditioner on your Revo’s tire side walls to help to preserve them.

WARNING! Do not apply rubber conditioner on tire tread; this may cause the tires to

become dangerously slippery.

EXTERIOR SURFACES

n Bumpers and trim also benefit from an occasional application of rubber or vinyl conditioner.

WARNING! Do not apply a rubber or vinyl conditioner on a scooter’s vinyl seat; it will

become dangerously slippery.

FLOORBOARD MATS

The Revo’s floorboard mats can be removed should they become damaged or worn to the point of replacement.

The floorboard mats are held in place with clips that must be removed from the underside of the scooter’s floor-

boards. Replacement mats can be purchased from your authorized Pride provider.

To remove the floorboard mats:

n Position the scooter so the clips are accessible.

n Place a drop of dish soap over the clips. Dish soap acts as a lubricant and aids in the removal of the clips.

n Pull the clips from their positions with a pair of pliers.

WIRING HARNESS

If you remove the battery/charger pack often, it is advised to:

n Regularly check the wiring harness insulation for wear or damage.

n Have your authorized Pride provider repair or replace any damaged connector, connection, or insulation that

you find before using your scooter again.

ABS PLASTIC SHROUD

n The Revo shroud is made from durable ABS plastic and coated with an advanced formula urethane paint.

n A light application of car wax will help the shroud retain its high gloss.
