Viewing the disc information during
playback using the remote control unit
When pressed three times, more chapter
information is displayed.
Top line: Current title number
Current chapter number/
elapsed time of current title
Bottom line: Remaining time of current
chapter/total time of current
chapter
When pressed four times, the data
transmission rate (*) level meter is
displayed.
Top line: Current title number
Current chapter number/
elapsed time of current title
Bottom line: Transmission rate level
meter/transmission rate level
When pressed five times, the on-screen
display turns off.
* This value indicates the amount of image
data recorded on the DVD. The higher the
data transmission rate level, the greater
the amount of data. Note that this level is
not directly related to picture quality.
Hint:
The information can also be viewed from
the “Other” tab on the setup screen.
Note:
For some titles, the chapters and time may
not be displayed.
During playback, press the
DISPLAY button repeatedly.
The disc information is displayed as
described below each time the button is
pressed.
When pressed once, the title information
is displayed.
