Description

This sets TC SOURCE to EXT and TC SLAVE to ON.

This sets TC SOURCE to INT and TC SLAVE to AUTO.
During normal recording, the TCG value is recorded.
During editing, the signal is regenerated at TC on the tape.

This sets TC SOURCE to INT and TC SLAVE to SLAVE.
During normal recording and editing, the signal is
regenerated at TC on the tape.

This clears the TCG value to zero.

This sets the toggling action below. However, it takes
effect in the STOP mode or STANDBY OFF mode.

Refer to the 50P error status output table below. (This pin
is related with pins 24 and 34.)

When this has become active, the tape is prerolled from
the cue-up point on the VTR’s menu.
When the VTR has opened the AUTO EDIT menu:

The tape is prerolled from the time for the IN point when
the AUTO EDIT menu IN point has been entered.

The tape is prerolled from the time for the current
position when the AUTO EDIT menu IN point has not
been entered.

When the VTR has opened a menu other than the ones
above:

The tape is prerolled from the time for the CUE TIME
when CUE TIME of the HOME menu has been entered.

The tape is prerolled from the time for current position
when the CUE TIME of the HOME menu has not been
entered.

Refer to the 50P error status output table below. (This pin
is related with pins 21 and 34.)

This becomes active when the VTR is in the REC mode. It
also becomes active when the REC button lamp on the
front panel is lighted.

This becomes active when the VTR is in the PLAY mode.
It also becomes active when the PLAY button lamp on the
front panel is lighted.
