Procedure

A feature of the Upload/Download program is the ability to auto-sense the player’s baud rate and make any
necessary adjustments. Once all equipment is turned ON, launching the software triggers the auto-sensing
functions. Changes to the baud rate require that the program be shut down and re-started before proceeding.

The first time you run the program on a particular computer, the application requires 20 or 40 seconds to launch
(dependant upon the baud rate). The system displays a dialog box stating “Please Wait While Initializing...". This
launch delay happens each time the application is installed on a new computer or the program detects a DVD-
V7200 with different firmware. A check between the file version and the player version causes this delay.

Note: It is unnecessary to re-launch the program when creating multiple files.
