2. Please check to ensure that your computer supports the

minimum system requirements of the program.

3. If you are using Windows®2000 or Windows®XP, you may

need to enable or disable the “digital CD playback” mode of
your CD-ROM.

If your CD-ROM supports “Digital CD

Playback”, enable the function.

If your CD-ROM does not support “Digital

CD Playback”, then disable the function.

If you do not know if your CD-ROM supports

“Digital CD Playback”, ask the manufacturer
of your PC.

To enable or disable “Digital CD Playback” follow step a-d
below:

a. Right-click your mouse on the “My

Computer” icon on your Windows® desktop
and select “Properties” (alternatively you can
select “System” in Control Panel and double-
click the left mouse button to open it).

b. Select the “Hardware” tab, and click “Device

Manager

c. After opening “Device Manager”, click “+

to open the tree structure under the picture of
CD-ROM drive, and right-click your mouse
on the icon of the CD-ROM drive, then select
“Properties”. (If there are more than two CD-
ROM drives, please select the one you will use
for playing the DrumXtreme Music CD).

Select the “Properties” tab and you will see
“Enable Digital Playback for this CD-ROM
Device” near the middle of this tab. Click the
square in front of the item “Enable Digital
Playback for this CD-ROM Device” to
enable/disable this function (a check-mark
enables, an empty check box without a check-
mark disables).
