Changing settings
≥The settings remain intact even if you switch the unit to standby.
Select the language for these menus and other on screen displays.

Press [ 3 4] to select “LANGUAGE”
and press [ENTER].

Press [ 3 4] to choose the preferred
language.

Press [MENU] to confirm and return to
the previous screen.
The clock is set automatically after Plug-in Auto Tuning ( l 11). Do the
following if you want to set it again or if the time is not set correctly.

Press [ 3 4] to select “CLOCK SET”
and press [ENTER].

select “AUTO
CLOCK SET” and
press [ENTER].
Auto setting starts. This can take some
time.
To stop partway through

The MANUAL CLOCK SET screen appears. Set the time manually

Press [ 2 1] to select the item you want
to change and press [ 3 4] to change
the setting.

Press [MENU] to start the clock and exit
the setting screen.
∫ Time reset function
If the clock is less than 2 minutes slow or fast, it can easily be reset to
the proper time when it is 12:00:00.
1 Display the MANUAL CLOCK SET screen on the TV screen.
2 When the current clock displays on the unit is between 11:58 and
12:01, press [MENU] as soon as you see 12:00:00. This resets the
time to 12:00:00.
1 Shows VHS MENU.
2 Select the item.
3 Make the settings.
4 Press to exit.
