Recording
To Turn Off Fade or Wipe
When FULL AUTO/PRESET switch is in
FULL AUTO, press FADE/WIPE.
When FULL AUTO/PRESET switch is in
PRESET, press FADE/WIPE to display
the fade/wipe menu, and then press
FADE/WIPE repeatedly to highlight
OFF.
1. Place the POWER switch in
CAMERA. The power indicator will
light.
2. Place FULL AUTO/PRESET switch in
FULL AUTO or PRESET.
• FULL AUTO/PRESET Switch in
FULL AUTO
Press the FADE/WIPE button to turn
the black fader on or off.

Note: This is the only fade you can use
in the full auto mode.

3.Press FADE/WIPE to highlight the
fade or wipe you want to select.
Note: The fade or wipe you select is
automatically activated and the
fade/wipe menu is removed from the
viewfinder or LCD monitor in
approximately two seconds.
4.Press the thumb trigger to start
recording and fade or wipe in.
Note: If you select a fade or wipe
during recording, press the thumb trigger
to fade or wipe out.
Note: The fade or wipe will be turned
off and the menu will automatically be
removed from the viewfinder or LCD
monitor in approximately two seconds.
