ROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: If the error still continues after doing one of the easy remedies, before taking the
unit to a service dealer, try reseting the system by pressing the reset button.
Foreign objects are preventing
the disc from loading
Loading area in mechanism and
loading motor (or driving circuit)
is defective
Check CDP mechanism load area by removing
faceplate and repair as necessary
Repair the mechanism and loading motor (or
driving circuit)
Excessive dirt or dust on disc
Disc is warped cracked or
severely damaged
Clean disc to remove dirt or dust as necessary
Put in a different disc!
