Problem Solution
Cannot remember the password Enter the default password located on the label on the
bottom of your hotspot.
OR
Reset your hotspot to the factory defaults. See “Resetting
your hotspot” on page 17.
The power button LED constantly
blinks amber Reset your hotspot to the factory defaults. See “Resetting
your hotspot” on page 17.
The hotspot is frozen or “locked” Reset your hotspot to the factory defaults. See “Resetting
your hotspot” on page 17.
The hotspot SSID does not appear
in the device’s Wi-Fi network list Make sure that your hotspot is turned on, wait about 15
seconds for the computer to recognize your hotspot, then
refresh the list.
