Using Job Accounting
1. Select
Print Desktop...
on the
File
menu.
2. Ensure that your printer model is selected.
3. Then open the drop-down menu directly underneath the printer
and select
Job Accounting
.
4. Enter your
User Name
and
Password
and press the
button
to proceed with your print job. If applicable, your
User Name
is
not necessarily the same as your network login.
