[Installing the hardware]
1. The “Found New Hardware Wizard” window
appears when the MAUSB-10 is connected to
Windows XP for the first time.
Make sure that “Install the software automatically
[Recommended]” is selected and click the “Next”
button.
* On Windows 2000, the hardware will be installed
automatically. Go to step 6 if there is no error
message on the screen.
2. The searching window appears.
4. The “Found New Hardware Wizard” window
appears.
3. The “Hardware Installation” window appears.
* Go to step 4 if this window does not appear.
* This window displays the progress of the logo test
that verifies compatibility between MAUSB-10 and
Windows XP.
* The MAUSB-10 did not pass the Microsoft
Corporation logo test. However, Olympus verifies that
it is compatible with Windows XP.
Click the “Continue Anyway” button.
