3.2.1 How to restore the Content Server to
factory settings
1. Press Enter to display the Main Menu screen.
2. From
the
Main Menu screen, use the Up or Down arrow to select Commands.
3. Press Enter to confirm your selection.
4. From
the
Commands menu, use the Up or Down arrow to select Restore Factory and
press Enter.
5. From
the
Restore Factory menu, use the Up or Down arrow to select Full Restore or
Config Restore and press Enter.
a. If you are performing a full restore, you will be asked to confirm this action on the
following screen. At the Full Restore? prompt, use the Up or Down arrow to
select Yes and press Enter to confirm.
b. If you are performing a partial restore, you will be asked to confirm this action on
the following screen. At the Config Restore? prompt, use the Up or Down arrow
to select Yes and press Enter to confirm.
NOTE:
Use the Restore to factory settings function with caution and remember that
the Full Restore function will result in the loss of all your recorded content.
