General instructions for fitting
sub-bases to Router
1. Fit line-up guide bush onto sub-base, with
screws supplied.
2. Fit 12.7mm ( 1 /
2
”) shank line-up pin into collet
of router. Plunge router until pin projects
through base and lock plunge.
3. Locate guide bush and sub-base assembly
over protruding pin.
4. Line up fixing holes and fit screws.
5. Now tighten up screws.
6. Remove line-up bush and line-up pin.
Alignment should now be correct. Fit 30mm
guide bush and cutter.
7. Periodically check the sub-base is concentric
to the spindle of the router.
