- Slide the filter basket

(i3+i4) on to the motor unit

drive

(a1).

- Place the lid

(i2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it

towards the right until you hear a

"click".

- To dismantle the filter basket unit

(i3+i4), press

on the 2 clips of the filter crown

(i3) to release it

from the filter basket

(i4).

- Switch on.
- Feed the chopped foods into the feeding tube

and press down lightly with the pusher

(i1).

- Do not exceed 250 g of ingredients (apples,

carrots) for each operation.

- Maximum operating time: 1min 30.

Preparing the fruit

- Wash the fruit and cut into small pieces if

required.

- Remove the stones of plums, peaches, apricots,

and cherries and the leaves of the celery.

- Remove the peel of citrus fruits or melons

(remove the pips also) and pineapple.

Warning:

Do not use the appliance if the juice extractor unit
is damaged.

Cleaning

What to do if your appliance does not

work?

Preparations

- You can prepare a maximum of 0.8 litres of

soups, drinks, pancake or waffle batter.

Warning:

- Never pour boiling liquid into the bowl.
- Maximum operating time: 2 minutes.

BEATING / EMULSIFYING / WHIPPING

- Fit the emulsifier

(e1) on to the spindle (b4) and

turn to the locking position.

- Place it all on the central tube of the bowl.
- Put the ingredients into the bowl.
- Place the lid

(b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it

towards the right until you hear a

"click".

- Switch on.

Preparations

- You can prepare 1 to 4 egg whites and up to 200 ml

of cream.

Warning:

- Never use the emulsifier

(e1) to knead heavy

dough or mix light dough or batters.

- Never use the spiral system

(f1) with the

emulsifier

(e1). Maximum operating time: 4 minutes.

GRATING / SLICING

- Lock the desired disc

(D) on to the spindle (b4).

- Place it on to the central tube of the bowl.
- Place the lid

(b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it

towards the right until you hear a "click".

- Put the foods into the feeder tube and guide

them in with the pusher

(b1), never with your

fingers, nor any other utensil.

- Switch on.

Preparations

- Disc

A/D* (Fine grating/ thin slicing),

- Disc

C/H* (Coarse grating/ Thick slicing):

Grater function: for grating carrots, hard cheese,
celery, etc.
Slicer function: potatoes for gratin dauphinois,
carrots, cucumber, etc.

- Disc

E* (Chips): potatoes for chips

Prepare a maximum of 500 g of food at a time
(no meat nor cold cuts).

JUICING CITRUS FRUIT (*)

- Place the filter basket

(h1) on the bowl, then turn

it towards the right until you hear a "click".

- Place the spindle

(h2) on the central tube.

- Position the cone

(h3) in its lodging in the filter

basket.

- Cut the fruit in half.
- Switch the knob

(a3) to speed 1.

- Place half a fruit on the cone and press it down.

Preparations

- You can obtain a maximum of 0.8 litres of juice

without emptying the bowl.

- Rinse the filter basket

(H1) after every 0.5 litre.

FRUIT OR VEGETABLE JUICE EXTRACTION (*)

- Assemble the filter basket

(i4) with its filter crown

(i3): lower the crown into the basket to clip it in

place, so that they form an integral unit.

- Unplug the appliance, remove and dismantle the

accessories.

- Wash, rinse and dry the accessories (they are

dishwasher safe).

- Do not use abrasive sponges or objects

containing metal parts.

- Never immerse the motor unit

(a1) in water. Wipe

it with a dry or damp cloth.

- Should your accessories become stained by

juices from certain foods (e.g. carrots or
oranges) wipe with a cloth dipped in cooking oil
then wash as usual.

- Handle the blade

(c1) and the discs (D) with

care; they are extremely sharp.

- First check that it is plugged in and switched on

at the mains, then:
Check that the bowl (b3) is correctly positioned,
that the lid (b2) is locked, that the accessories
are correctly fitted, that the speed selector knob
(a3) is in the right position.
If these instructions are not complied with, your
food processor will not work.
