Deleting a Caller ID message
To delete a single Caller ID message,
follow the steps below.
1. Press
call id .
The Caller ID summary screen shows
the number of new calls and total
number of calls.
2. Use or to select Line 1
or Line 2 .
Press select .
3. Select the number that you would like to
delete. Press to scan forward through
the name/numbers and to
scan backwards.
4. Press del.
The following screen appears:
5. Press select or del . A confirmation tone sounds. The Caller ID screen
returns with the next name/number displayed.

If you select No , then the
Caller ID screen returns.
