Recipe for Cycle 3

FRENCH

French Bread

Makes one 2.5 lb Loaf

INGREDIENTS

1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3 cups unbleached bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

METHOD FOR BREAD

Following the order listed, place ingredients in bread pan.
Insert bread pan into breadmaker; close lid.

Press MENU and select FRENCH.

Press SIZE and select LARGE.

Press COLOR and select DARK.

Total machine time is 3 hours and 50 minutes.
