WALKER SERVICE

Purchaser’s Responsibility

In order to obtain service under this warranty,

you must send the Walker Clarity to:

Provide proof of purchase along with the phone when you send it in. Failure to provide
proof will result in a denial of warranty service. A description of the phones problem and
your name and address and telephone number should also be included.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If your Walker Clarity should fail to operate properly and the one year warranty has
expired, you may send your phone to Walker Equipment for prompt repair. To do so,
include a check or money order for $50 payable to Walker Equipment, along with a
description of the phone’s problem and your name, address and telephone number to:

The Walker Clarity you send under these conditions will be repaired or replaced at the
discretion of the repair department within four weeks.
