AUTO POWER OFF: Enables the Auto Power Off function (

OFF: The function is off.
ON: The function is on.

MENU MODE: Selects the menu mode.

SIMPLE: Displays only the basic menu options (REC MODE,
SOUND EQ, BASS, BEEP SOUND, DATE & TIME, BATTERY SET-
TING, VERSION and MENU MODE).
EXPERT: Displays all menu options.

CONTRAST: Adjusts the contrast of the LCD display.

SECURITY ON: Turns on the Security function (

USB SETTING: Selects the USB connection mode (

page 35

).

USB2.0: Standard USB connection
for WMA DRM10: Connection mode for WMA DRM10.

VERSION: Displays the unit’s version number.

Switching among different display indicators

While the unit is stopped, press the MENU/STOP button repeatedly. The display
changes in the following sequence:

In the VOICE (A, B, C, D, S) and L (Line) folder:
Remaining recording time

→ Current date/time → Total playing time (if there is a file)

→ Recorded date/time (if there is a file) → Remaining recording time → …
In the M (Music) folder:
Artist/Title name (if there is a file)

→ Current date/time → Total playing time (if there

is a file)

→ Artist/Title name → ….

Note:

· Artist name and title may not be displayed for some music files.
