To Do Show Options
The Show Options dialog enables you to control the appearance of the
To Do List application.
To change the Show Options settings:
1. Tap the Show button in the To Do List screen to open the To Do
Preferences dialog.
2. Select any of the following settings:
Sort by Enables you to sort the To Do items in one of
the following ways:
■ Priority, Due Date
■ Due Date, Priority
■ Category, Priority
■ Category, Due Date
Show
Completed
Items Displays your complete To Do items in the To
Do List. If you turn off this setting, your To Do
items disappear from the list when you
complete (check) them.
Show Only Due
Items Shows only the To Do items that are currently
due, past due or have no due date specified in
the To Do List. When this setting is active, To
Do items that are not yet due do not appear in
the list until their due date.
