Mono When an FM stereo broadcast is hard to receive, activate monaural mode for better
reception.

♦ On
: Restores the stereo effect.
: Activates monaural mode to improve FM reception, but stereo effect
will be lost. The MONO indicator lights up.
SSM (Strong-station
Sequential Memory) You can automatically preset 6 stations for each FM band.
• Local FM stations with the strongest signals are searched and stored automatically in the
FM band.
PTy Standby You can turn on and off the PTY Standby Reception. ( 35)

: Cancels.
: Activates the PTY Standby Reception.
PTy Code Selects the PTY code for the PTY Standby Reception. ( 34, 35)
D. (Dynamic) Range
Control Some DAB services provide Dynamic Range Control (DRC) signals together with their
regular programme signals. DRC will reinforce the low level sounds to improve your
listening.

: As the number increases, the effect becomes stronger.
Announce Standby You can turn on and off the Announce Standby Reception. ( 55)
