Your StreetPilot 2820 can receive and use traffic information using

an optional FM Traffic Receiver (such as the GTM 10

) or an XM

Smart Antenna (such as the GXM 30

XM Smart Antenna). When

a traffic message is received, your StreetPilot displays the incident

on the map and can change your route to avoid the traffic incident.

Connecting the Receiver or Antenna

Plug the XM Smart Antenna or FM Traffic Receiver’s cable into

the mini-USB connector on the back of the StreetPilot under the

weather cap.
