Troubleshooting

This section contains information on how to solve common

operational problems, and warnings you may receive.
Go through the following list if you encounter any problems. If this

checklist does not cover the problem, contact your system

administrator. If others have similar problems, there may be a

system error.

The phone is

locked

Disturbance on the

Press the Clear

key, Mute key and

seconds. This will

restart the phone.

The Status lamp is

extinguished.

There is no power.

Verify that the

phone has power

double flashing.

There is no

connection to the

network.

Verify that the

phone is

connected to the

network by

checking the

connection.

The Status lamp is

flashing slowly.

The phone is not

registered or you

are not logged on.
