· Press the MENU button, different kinds of food can be selected circularly and digital display will display the default time which the current

settings.

· Press TIME/SAVE button. Then press HOUR button or MIN button, the delaying time can be set.
· Press ON/OFF button to confirm setting. The appliance will begin to operate, the pilot light will come on and clock icon will appear on digital

display.

· When the delay time (excluding cooking time) is over, buzzer will ring 3 short times and food steamer will start cooking. The clock icon will be

disappeared.

NOTE:
· Displayed on screen time includes delay and cooking time. Example: You want to cook fish and set 25 minutes cooking time. If you want to delay

cooking time for 1 hour, press TIME/SAVE button and set 1 hour 25 minutes total time using HOUR and MIN buttons. The system will start to
cook after delay time is over (1 hour), and will finish cooking in 1 hour and 25 minutes.

ADDITIONAL TIME OF COOKING
· In the procedure of cooking press the TIME/SAVE button for 2 seconds, system will enter the pause mode.

· By pressing the MIN button, cooking time can be changed.
· Press the ON/OFF button, system go on to cook. If no pressing this button, system will continue to cook after 90 seconds.
ALARM FUNCTION

· If water is over in the water basin while the appliance is in operation, the food steamer can stop working; the adding water icon will flash on.

· After water is added press ON/OFF button, system will continue the work.
· STOP COOKING
· Press the key ON/OFF for 2 seconds, system will stop cooking and 0:00 value will appear on the digital display.
RESET FUNCTION

· Plug the power on, at the same time press TIME/SAVE button and retain it for 5 seconds, all data can be recovered to the default settings value.
REHEATING: BREAD AND HALF-PREPAREAD FOOD

· Do not wrap or cover bread when reheating.
· For half-prepared food, reheating time depends on the foods freezing temperature.
· When reheating half-prepared food in the rice bowl, put half-prepared food accurately in RICE BOWL and use an aluminum foil to cover.
RICE & GRAINS

· There are many types of rice. Follow specific directions for variety used.
· Accurate measuring of rice and water then combined in rice bowl. Pour specified amount of water in water reservoir. Cover and steam.
· For softer rice, increase 1-2 tablespoons water mixed with rice by the specified amount water on the chart. For firmer rice decrease water mixed

with rice by the same amount.

· Check when it should be ready and consistency of rice at minimum time specified for each type, stirring rice at the same time.
· Rice may be seasoned with salt, pepper or butter after steaming.

VEGETABLES
· Clean the vegetables thoroughly, cut off stems; trim; peel or chop if necessary. Smaller pieces steam faster than lager ones.

· Quantity, quality, freshness and size/uniformity, temperature of frozen food, may affect steam timing. Adjust water amounts and cooking time as

desired.

· Frozen vegetables should not be thawed before steaming.
· Some frozen vegetables should placed in the rice bowl and covered with a piece of aluminum foil during steaming.

· The frozen foods should be separated or stirred after 10-12 minutes. Using a long handle fork/spoon to separate or stir foods.

FISH AND SEAFOOD
· Steaming times listed in the chart are for fresh, or frozen and fully thawed seafood and fish. Clean and prepare fresh seafood and fish before

steaming.

· Most fish and seafood cook very quickly. Steam in small portions or in amounts as specified.
· You may steam fish fillets in the RICE BOWL serve steamed seafood and fish with plain or use seasoned butter or margarine, lemon or favorite

sauces.

· Adjust steaming times accordingly.
